geographical position
¡¡¡¡Acheng is located in the central belt of Harbin¡¯s urban group in the southwest of Heilongjiang Province, 23.5km from Harbin¡¯s downtown area, with National Highway 301 running through it, with Bin-Sui Highway running from east to west, showing significant geographical location advantages. Acheng is located between 126¡ã40¡ä-127¡ã39¡ä East Longitude and between 45¡ã10¡ä-45¡ã50¡ä North Latitude, bordering Bin county on the northeast, with the Feiketu River and the Sheli River as the border, bordering Shangzhi City on the southeast, adjacent to Wuchang City on the southwest and Shuangcheng City on the West and adjacent to Xiangfang District and Daowai District of Harbin on the northwest, with its basic landforms featuring ¡°70% mountains, 10% water and 20% fields¡±, with green mountain ridges in the east and vast and flat plains in the west.

¡¡¡¡Acheng has a total area of 2,452 square kilometers, including an urban area of 28.85 square kilometers, with the maximum distance from south to north being about 84 km and the maximum distance from east to west being about 75km.
Temperature and Climate
¡¡¡¡Acheng has a cold temperate continental monsoon climate, cold and dry in winter, mild and humid in summer, with concentrated rainfall. Acheng has apparent seasonal changes, getting warm earlier in spring, with a lot of strong winds blowing, prone to spring drought, hot and rainy in short summer, dramatic temperature drop in winter, prone to early frost, cold in long winter.
